SMYRNA, TN (WGNS) - The FBI told NewsRadio WGNS that they executed a search warrant at a home on Percival Street in Smyrna on Thursday (7/9/2026). Elizabeth Clement‑Webb, Public Affairs Officer for the FBI's Nashville Field Office, said officials are tying the warrant to what is described as non‑violent criminal activity. She emphasized that there is no current or pending threat to public safety.

Percival St. is part of the older Rock Springs corridor, just off Rock Springs Road, the stretch between the Old Nashville Highway and I‑24.

Clement‑Webb concluded, "As this is an ongoing investigation, no additional details can be provided at this time."
