• Two Michigan men await extradition to Rutherford County after Murfreesboro Police say they used deceptive tactics to obtain nearly $5,000 from local 7-Eleven and Speedway stores.
• Investigators used surveillance footage and license plate reader technology to identify the suspects’ rental vehicle, which was later located in Perrysburg, Ohio.
• WGNS Radio earns awards in six categories at the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters Excellence in Broadcasting Awards—more than any other radio or television station in Tennessee.
