A senior citizen who lives in a neighborhood next to Indian Hills Subdivision across from the Kangaroo Gas Station called the police after someone stole his heating and air conditioning unit. Evidently the victim had been away from his home for a number of days when the entire unit was taken. The H-VAC system that was on the side of the home was valued at more than $3,000. At this point, there are not suspects.

This is not the first theft of its kind. In March an H-VAC system was stolen from a home on Twin Oak Drive. Another unit was taken from a local business. No arrests have been made in those cases at this point either.
