Several years ago, a student at Walter Hill Elementary School used his Make-A-Wish Foundation wish to update the school's gym with a sound system, new paint and other improvements.

The student's name will now become a part of the community he loved when local government officials dedicate a portion of Highway 231 as the Chase Donnell Memorial Highway.
