A tragic Labor Day weekend in the water here in Rutherford County. Eighteen year old Smyrna High senior Matthew Grissom drowned near the Walter Hill Dam on the Stones River Monday. White says he doesn't think alcohol was involved in the incident. The group of friends were swimming without lifejackets or other floatation devices.

You'll recall, 39-year old Harvie Butler of La Vergne died after a boat accident at Four Corners Marina just inside Davidson County over the weekend.
