Quarter Horse Association East Novice Championship Show on Oct. 1 in Murfreesboro

The 2013 Nutrena American Quarter Horse Association East Novice Championship Show kicks off October 1 at the Tennessee Miller Coliseum located at 304-B West Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The event is free and open to the public.

The Nutrena AQHA East Novice Championship is the pinnacle event for American Quarter Horse Novice exhibitors who must qualify for this event nationally or through a state or provincial affiliate to compete in classes representing halter, English and western disciplines. More than 1,550 entries are competing for top honors at this year’s event.

The event will feature free Ride the Rail/Ride the Pattern clinics taught by AQHA Professional Horsemen. Ride the Rail/Ride the Pattern clinics are open to the public. Disciplines featured at the clinics include equitation over fences, hunt seat equitation, trail, horsemanship and showmanship.
