The Murfreesboro Urban Environmental Commission congratulates the July 2013 Community Landscape Award Winners:
- Grant and Lacey Lichtenwalter of 537 Osborne Lane is the Community Landscape Award winner in the Single Family category.
- Paddock Club Apartments at 150 West Thompson Lane is the Community Landscape Award winner in the Multi-Family category.
- Demos Office at 503 North Maney Avenue is the Community Landscape Award winner in the Commercial category.
- Shawnee Subdivision on Haynes Drive is the Community Landscape Award winner in the Residential HOA category.
The Murfreesboro Urban Environmental Department recognizes properties in the City of Murfreesboro that make positive contributions to our city’s landscape through our creation of the Community Landscape Awards. Many of our residents and business owners maintain beautiful landscapes. These landscapes contribute greatly to the quality of life enjoyed by our citizens and visitors. Winning properties of the Community Landscape Awards are selected during the summer months.
