Aiming to get into better shape during the 2014 year? There are two fitness related activities that are nearing that should help you to meet your goal and both events are fundraisers.
One of the two upcoming events is a Zumbathon to benefit Project Help. We had a chance to record the kids at Project Help saying the word Zumbathon... evidently it is a fun word for kids to master:
The Zumbathon will be on Saturday, January 18th at Dance Murfreesboro (730 Middle Tennessee Boulevard, Suite 14).
The second upcoming event may require some training. It is the third annual Special Kids RACE.
