Our WGNS / Rion Flower Shop Good Neighbor of the Day is Kellee Felker. The person who nominated her told us, “She is such a loving and caring neighbor.” They said that she is always helping others whether it be with food, cards, or just a warm hug. Kellee is also any animals best friend. She is always helping out animals, in addition to people.
