Daniel Gammon, president of Southern Breeze Home Design Center, Inc., has been recognized as one of the nation’s "Top 40 Under 40" by Professional Remodeler magazine.
The award honors the leading people in the residential construction industry under the age of 40. Recipients are chosen based on their business success, industry involvement and individual achievement.
Gammon’s construction career began with his residential building business in 2003. Following housing market changes in 2008, he chose to partner with his father’s successful remodeling and repair business, Southern Breeze Construction; taking over the business operations in 2010.
An increase in large-scale, residential remodeling and restoration projects prompted Gammon to open a showroom in 2013 at The Avenue in Murfreesboro. His decision to re-brand the business has proven to be a success.
“We have experienced a tremendous amount of growth and have had a wonderful experience with the Rutherford County business community,” says Gammon.
Gammon is a not only a licensed contractor, but a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist through the National Association of Home Builders and a certified remodeler through the EPA Lead-Safe Certification program. He is a Murfreesboro native and an alumnus of both Riverdale High School and Middle Tennessee State University.
Southern Breeze Home Design Center, Inc. is a full-service residential remodeling company. Their showroom is located at The Avenue in Murfreesboro.
