A June 2nd fire forced Brad's Pool Shop on Memorial Boulevard to relocate to a building just behind that location on East MTCS Road. Work continues on the former location to repair damage from the fire and smoke. Workers were seen last week (photo) working on the front of the store's awning and overhang.

You may recall the fire sent four people to St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital with smoke related injuries and adjacent businesses were evacuated along with Memorial Boulevard shut down during morning rush hour because of the fear of pool chemicals igniting.
