An off duty police officer in Murfreesboro who was working at the Stones River Mall reported that a woman approached him in reference to a possible harassment. The female victim told police that a man in a silver SUV was following her. A surveillance video shows that the suspect vehicle appears to be a 2005 to 2008 Ford Escape.

The woman told police that the subject in the car was making sexual comments towards her and at one point even boxed her car in, but was unsuccessful.

The 21-year old victim told officers that she could I-D the man if she saw him again. Police have released a photo of the subjects' SUV in hopes of someone recognizing it.

The culprit was described as a Hispanic male with curly hair and a hat that was on backwards. Again, the vehicle he was said to be driving was a silver Ford Escape, 2005 to 2008 model year. If you do recognize the SUV, call CrimeStoppers and remain anonymous. 615-893-7867.
