Divers found a car that was upside down and submerged in the water at the West Fork Boat Ramp on the Stones River. The discovery was made during a practice dive by rescue workers on the Rutherford County Dive Team. Divers found the car around 10:30 on Wednesday morning. There was no one inside the vehicle. At this point, it is not known who drove the car into the water or how long it has been there.
