During the October 16th Murfreesboro City Council meeting, Mayor Shane McFarland touted the benefits of having a strong arts community, and then saluted the upcoming 23rd Annual Art Studio Tour. He noted that it not only benefits our citizens, but also serves as one of the healthy ingredients that attracts new business.

He spoke highly of the upcoming ART STUDIO TOUR that's scheduled for November 22nd through the 24th and made a special proclamation that was presented to tour representative Sue Allen. She and her husband Ray have the Popcorn Gallery, a well known pottery facility here in town.
