The Tennessee Highway Patrol received a call of an accident with injury around 6:00 o'clock Tuesday evening. The dispatcher told NewsRadio WGNS that it was a one-vehicle crash on the eastbound lane of I-24 at the 73-mile marker. That's going toward Chattanooga on the interstate, and between the Almaville Road exit and State Route 840.
