November 11th is a day we set aside to honor our country's veterans. This year is no different. The first ever Veteran's Day Parade was held on Saturday at the York V-A Medical Center campus. And Tuesday, the annual tribute to veterans will take place at the Rutherford County Courthouse. NewsRadio WGNS will be there to broadcast "live," beginning at 11am.

There will also be a remembrance ceremony held at 11am at the La Vergne City Hall, which is on Murfreesboro Road.

Remember, most government offices will be closed on Tuesday. The Murfreesboro City Hall and other citywide offices will be closed as well. Plus, Rover will not run on Tuesday.
