Driving while impaired is a big no-no. A Murfreesboro man who had racked up four prior DUI charges was charged with DUI for a 5th time this past weekend. Heath Michael Emslie was stopped on West College Street for careless driving. When police ran a background check on Emslie, it was revealed that he had four prior DUI convictions dating back to 2005. All but one of the arrests took place in Rutherford County.
In an unrelated arrest, a McMinville man was busted in Murfreesboro after police allegedly found him passed out in his truck. Hector Joel Rayas-Villegas was charged for the 4th time with DUI.
