A fugitive from Portsmouth, Ohio was arrested in Murfreesboro over the weekend. Gary Lee Lockhart was captured at the Regal Inn. Lockhart was wanted in Ohio for burglary. He was transported to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center where he will remain until he is extradited back to Ohio.
