Today's NewsRadio WGNS / Rion's Flowers and Gifts Good Neighbor of the Day is Joe D. Allen. Joe is the coordinator for the Copper Hollow Drive Neighborhood Watch. When weather permits, Joe walks up and down the street several times for exercise, but he also keeps an eye out to protect his neighborhood. He always gives a friendly wave when passing by. At his own expense, Joe recently compiled and mailed a list of contact information for all of his neighbors. He goes above and beyond to be a Good Neighbor. Today, Joe D.
