It’s New Year’s Eve, and billionaire Matthew Perry decides that he wants more in life. So, Matthew makes a New Year’s resolution to murder his wife Julia by the end of the year so he can finally live the life of a free man! Matthew informs Julia of his vicious intentions, and Julia tells Matthew that she vows to stay alive. What ensues is a hysterical game of underhanded attempts at murder. However, as Julia shrewdly dodges Matthew’s every murderous endeavor, the Perry friends and staff begin to mysteriously die.

Enter the amusing Detective Plotnik—a bumbling inspector who suspects everyone—and the Perry’s dim-witted daughter Bunny, who contemplates calling off her wedding to an unsuspecting Donald since the intended gift-bearing guests are dying.
