We have an update on the murder that took place Monday night. Two suspects were charged on Tuesday morning with first-degree murder of a Rutherford County man who died Monday. Suspects 22-year old Aaron D. Walker, James Lamendola, age 20, were charged by detectives with murder, especially aggravated robbery, especially aggravated kidnapping, burglary and theft. Lamendola was also charged with three counts of violation of probation.

The two men are accused of killing the man at a Burks Hollow Road home, located off Bradyville Pike in southern Rutherford County.  Two vehicles have since been impounded for evidence and hearings for the pair are set Sept. 14 in General Sessions Court.
