A 29-year old Christiana man was charged for the 4^th time with DUI. Cops stopped Michael James Dodd on Northfield Blvd. for not having any taillights on his Cadillac. The traffic stop occurred at 1 in the morning on Wednesday. Dodd’s three prior DUI’s occurred in 2007 and 2008.
