Wilco - Hess will construct a new 11-thousand square foot gas station and restaurant on Epps Mill Road. A site plan has already been submitted to the Rutherford County Regional Planning Commission for the new Wilco Travel Plaza. The future gas station will sit on a 12-acre site between Epps Mill Road and Interstate 24.
