There were two injury accidents on I-24 this morning. One was at the 80-mile marker in the east bound lane and authorities say that at least one person was injured. The accidents caused a slow down of traffic for quite some time. The car in the wreck was totaled, according to the first officer on the scene. In the second accident, a tractor trailer truck blocked all four lanes of traffic after wrecking.  The semi and a car evidently collided.
