Placing your private parts on a female in a bar is illegal. A Murfreesboro man by the name of Dustin Ryan McConnell was busted after doing just that. McConnell was arrested at a club on Main Street after a police officer saw the man unzip his pants and commit the lewd act. McConnell was charged with indecent exposure, resisting arrest and public intoxication. He was placed under a $14,750 bond. He will have to be fully clothed and zipped up when he appears in court on October 11th.
