Another police report has been filed in Murfreesboro in regards to fraud allegations at Nashville Motor Cars. According to the most recent incident, a man told police he bought a Cadillac Escalade after trading in two cars. One of the two cars still had an outstanding loan balance that was supposed to be paid off by the dealer, according to the victim. However, the trade in was never paid for.

The victim is now having problems getting the title to the Escalade.

The most recent report is one of around 40-filed in the City of Murfreesboro. Because the reports are still being turned in, the case remains open and under investigation. At this point, no charges have been filed.
