Marketing Professor Dr. Tom Graeff of MTSU's Office of Consumer Research tells the results of a new "Statewide Business Barometer". Business owners and leaders in the Volunteer State appear to be optimistic about the local economy, but concerned with the difficulty of hiring qualified employees along with worries about uncontrollable expenses of running a business (healthcare, too much regulation, etc.).
