One lane of Blackman Road has been re-opened after a dump truck roll over around 1:30 Monday afternoon closed both lanes. The road was initially closed in both directions because it was covered in fuel.

Crews have since been able to clear one lane and open it to traffic.

Tennessee Highway Patrol officers also responded to the crash.
