DUI number 5 is what a 43-year old River Oaks Drive man has been charged with in Murfreesboro on Wednesday morning. Clint Andrew Batey was pulled over on Middle Tennessee Boulevard after allegedly running a red light. Once stopped, police report that Batey was unsteady on his feet when he refused to take a field sobriety test. Officers also found what appeared to be a crack pipe in a pack of cigarettes. Batey was arrested and booked under a $5,000 bond. He will appear in court on September the 29th.
