A carnival worker busted for smoking synthetic marijuana while operating a Ferris wheel was arrested by reserve deputies in Putnam County. Officials there say that when they ran a background check on the carnival worker, they learned that he was wanted on charges in Rutherford County. Ernest Young was charged with reckless endangerment at the Putnam County Fair and will be transported back to Rutherford County to face additional charges here.
