Rutherford County Mayor Ernest Burgess serves on the Regional Transportation Board and he encourages concerned citizens to share their views on public transportation at a 5:00 o'clock meeting on Thursday afternoon, November 5th at the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, 3050 Medical Center Parkway.

Those attending the public transit meeting need to register starting at 4:30PM.

Mayor Burgess noted, "If you are concerned with public transportation, you need to attend this important meeting and share your ideas."
