A Murfreesboro man who is listed as a "Violent" sex offender has been rearrested. 33-Year old Craig Ryan Tucker was at an address behind Patterson Park Community Center when police made contact with the man who was originally charged with rape in year 2000.

According to the arrest report, "Mr. Tucker revealed that he was on the sex offender registry with a minor as a victim." Due to the original conviction, he is banned from being 1,000 feet or less from schools or parks. Tuckers location was also found to be within 1,000 feet of Bradley Elementary School in Murfreesboro.

Tucker was charged with violating the Sex Offender Registry and is due in court on January 12, 2016.
