MLK, Jr. Day in Murfreesboro

They tell about the 2016 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day March from Central Magnet School to the Patterson Community Center. Meet at Central at 11:30AM and the march begins at noon. At 1:00PM there is a historical presentation at the Patterson Community Center about Dr. King, including Pastor Donald Whitmore giving a reading from Dr. King's "I Have A Dream" speech. In addition, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc. will have a voter registration table that will enable the public to sign-up and participate in voting.
