An idea that may catch on is being born in Kentucky that may not be the healthiest choice. The Yum Corporation, which is the name behind Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell in Kentucky, is lobbying to make food stamps an acceptable form of payment at fast food restaurants. If the idea catches on and is allowed in Kentucky, other states may follow suit. So far, it has not happened, but the Yum Corporation is spending big bucks to make it happen. After all, food stamps are a $65-billion dollar business in America.
