Our WGNS / Rion Flower Shop Good Neighbor of the Day is Elbert Carney. Someone wrote, "There are many U.S. Veterans who served to keep us safe. I don't know all of them, but I do know Mr. Carney who was in the Air Force." Mr. Carney has not only served his country, he has also been the husband of his wife Lottie Carney for the past 44-years. They are both dedicated members of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Murfreesboro.
