There's something wonderful about this time of the year: birds are chirping, trees blossoms are creating bright hues against a sky of blue. It's the March Equinox, and astronomically speaking--as of 11:30 this past Saturday night, "SPRING" is here! But wait, how could that be, as the sun rose Monday, the temps were below freezing and meteorologists were calling for snow flurries.
