A Murfreesboro man is in some hot water after allegedly passing off forged drug prescriptions as real ones. 25-Year old John C. Lanier has been indicted by the September Rutherford County Grand Jury on 20-counts of prescription fraud charges. The Manchester man evidently passed the prescriptions in Murfreesboro and will have to explain his situation to a Circuit Court Judge on September the 19th.
