Everyone is invited to cut a rug and jitterbug at the "Rockin' to the Oldies Sock Hop," a party fundraiser hosted by Mindful Care Adult Day Services this Saturday, April 23, from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Barfield School of Dance, 2298 Barfield Road, in Murfreesboro.
Program Director Jamie Watters told WGNS that the Sock Hop will feature dance lessons and more...
Watters said they will hold a costume contest too, so dress as if you were in the 1950's or 60's.
Tickets will be sold at the door for $20, and all proceeds will fund the operations of the Mindful Care non-profit program serving families throughout Rutherford County.
The event is open to everyone.
