Reeves-Sain will be offering a community FLU SHOT CLINIC on Wednesday afternoon, October 12th, from 2:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon at Creekside at Three Rivers Assisted Living. This is in the Three Rivers subdivision, about a block from the intersection of highway 99 and Cason Lane.
Reeves-Sain will be providing flu shots for $25 and pneumonia shots for $65. Many insurance companies as well as Medicare will cover the cost of yearly flu shots. Medicare will cover pneumonia injections on a one time basis. Reeves Sain will bill insurance companies on site for the convenience of any person receiving a flu or pneumonia shot.
Diabetic and blood pressure screenings will also be provided on site. In addition, the diabetic foot wear division of Reeves Sain along with explanations of their MediPACK will be available. Each packet has all the info a school nurse or other family member would need to know in order to administer the proper medication at the prescribed time.
