As part of their "Day for Kids" celebration on Thursday, September the 15th, the Boys & Girls Club took on the Murfreesboro Fire & Rescue Department; local teens versus local heroes, on the basketball court. Broadcast live on WGNS from Middle Tennessee Christian School, with play-by-play by Chip Walters, voice of the Blue Raiders, and Bryan Barrett, the game was a great success in raising awareness for all that the Boys & Girls Clubs have to offer, despite the Boys & Girls Bulls falling to the Fire & Rescue Department, 69-64.
