A local bar and grill has closed their doors to business. The Bunganut Pig shut down telling customers, "We are unfortunately closing the doors on the Boro Pig today. Our landlord has chosen to end our lease. We will look for a place to move, but until that time, we are closing."

The local establishment has been in business for the past 18 years in Murfreesboro behind the Georgetown Kroger Store on Northfield Blvd. They also have a location in Franklin, Tennessee.

A little History on the Bunganut / Murfreesboro:

The Bunganut Pig Pub & Eatery of Murfreesboro was first opened in 1997 and was purchased by Mark and Amy Goodson in January of 2012. After re-opening March 2012 as a smoke free establishment, the Goodsons have earned the town's patronage through quality food,drink, entertainment & outstanding service.
