An aggravated rape charge has been filed by a Murfreesboro woman. The victim, who is 26 years old, went to the police department on Saturday afternoon to report the rape.

According to the victim, the incident occurred on Friday night around 11:00. The attack was said to have occurred at a community office in Murfreesboro that allows multiple persons to utilize the space for a fee.

No further details are being released at this time to protect the identity of the victim. The case is under investigation by Murfreesboro Detectives.
