Five students from Whitworth Buchanan Middle were taken to MTMC after Bus 200 was hit by a van Monday morning. The children complained of headaches and were taken to the hospital as a precaution. The T-H-P reports the van driver, Johnny Johnson, tried to pass the bus as it was turning left off of the Old Woodbury Highway when the wreck occurred. Bus 200 is driven by Danny Hudgens.
