A trucking firm is planning on locating on West Jefferson Pike in Rutherford County. McCormick Trucking is aiming to build a 15-thousand square foot building on 18-acres of land near State Route 840. Rutherford County Regional Planning Commission agenda also indicate that a new winery is coming to the area. The winery will be on Almaville Road. The winery will consist of a 12-acre vineyard, winery, production facility and health spa. The planning commission will review the plans on October 10th in the Rutherford County Courthouse.
