The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce is a builder of business. The Small Business Development service, which is located in the chamber's office, offers free guidance to entrepreneurs who are planning on starting a business. Once the doors open, the chamber is there with extensive training on bookkeeping, hiring practices, how to motivate staff and more.
