The Rutherford County Juvenile Justice Center at 1710 South Church Street, across from the Honda auto dealership, is having its annual open house from 4:30 to 6:30 Thursday afternoon, October 20th. 

Judge Donna Scott Davenport, along with Magistrates Keith Siskin and Adam Dodd note that tours of the courtroom, detention and study areas will be a part of guided tours that are open to the public.

In fact, Judge Davenport, who will start a regular talk radio broadcast next month on WGNS, indicated this open house offers parents a great opportunity to teach a lesson to their children on the importance of being a positive member of society.
