Local News Brief: 47 Year old David Arbrie May was arrested in October after a sealed indictment was handed down by a grand jury. May faces two charges of "Aggravated Sexual Battery" to a child under the age of 13.

May is currently behind bars at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center in Murfreesboro. He is being held under a $100,000 bond.

May will appear in court to file a plea on December 1, 2016. He is being represented by an appointed public defender. Due to the case being sealed until the court date, details have not been released.
