A 21-year old Murfreesboro man has been indicted by the Rutherford County Grand Jury and charged with one count of rape. Matthew Reive was arrested and charged with the incident that allegedly occured at the College Grove Apartments on the New Lascassas Highway this past July. According to police reports, a 19-year old woman was found scantily dressed and stumbling in the parking lot at the complex. The female claims someone gave her a drink before she became "woosey". A witness at the pool party reportedly claims to have seen Reive commit the crime. Matthew Reive remains at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center with his bond set at $75,000. His first court date will be October 17th.
