If you want your child to attend one of Rutherford County's three magnet schools, the deadline to apply is Tuesday.

Applications must be submitted by Tuesday for the 2017-18 academic year. In Murfreesboro, McFadden School of Excellence runs Kindergarten through 5th grade, then Central Magnet is grades 6-12. Thurman Francis Arts Academy in Smyrna is a K-8 school.
