GoodCall reviewed data from 468 cities nationwide. Murfreesboro was ranked the #96 in the U.S. It was featured for its comparative custom home cost, growing home values, affordability, population, educational values, and low unemployment and crime rates.

The number one city on the list was Edmond, Oklahoma followed by Frisco, Texas and then Flower Mound, Texas.
